Warm tones such as olive green are combined with wood in an extremely cozy interior design. If you want to find a tenant for that apartment that you need to rent as soon as possible, there is an infallible method: bet on thematic decoration. Let’s see, we are not saying that you turn the house into a replica of the Simpsons house, but that you focus on a specific style. The proptech Ukio, owner of the apartment you are about to meet, has created a decoration concept based on five themes: jungle, mountain, desert, field and beach.
The first step was to paint the walls. For the living room and dining room, he opted for a white shade. Regarding the ceilings of the living room and the master bedroom, the interior designer chose a beautiful olive green, leaving the lighter green for the gallery and the kitchen doors. The terracotta color of the bathroom completes the whole.
