How many people have not kept elegant and timeless pewter pieces, given on their wedding day or inherited from their parents and grandparents? Its economic and sentimental value leads us to think that these types of objects are better stored safely than displayed for everyone to enjoy. We respect this position, but we are of the opinion that all that is beautiful is to be seen… and pewter elements can be incorporated into any style of home, in a number of surprising ways.
1- Tiny Tin Containers
Tiny tin containers are perfect for storing (and organizing) jewelry and jewelry on a dresser or bedside table, and a group of three pieces in different sizes looks especially good. Enjoy yet another object of its kind to place on the lobby table, ideal for storing your keys, cell phone and wallet, for example.
2- Heavy Tin Tray
Do you have a huge, heavy tin tray and don’t know what to do with it? Have it fastened to wooden, iron or stainless steel legs and voilá … an instant and original coffee table.
3- In kitchen Or Dining Room
There is certainly some tin container that would look wonderful, simply displayed in the kitchen or dining room to serve as a fruit bowl.
4- Flower or Plant Arrangement
It’s not every day that you use an elegant pewter ice bucket… but I could do it! Use it to house a flower arrangement or a plant. Then choose a hot spot to show it off.
5- In Living Room
In the living room, a pewter bowl or tray is very practical to bring together all the electronic controls in one place.
6- Elegant Candle Holder
A unique milk jug, cup or goblet can be used as an elegant candle holder anywhere in the house – from the living room to the bathroom.

Small cups, vases or tin boxes are great for organizing office items such as pencils, pens, paper clips and post-its. Also, the decoration of the desk and shelves wins!
8- Set of Spoons
If you have an incomplete set of spoons, don’t leave them behind in a drawer: you can frame them and create a real work of collectible art, or suspend them to create an original wind chimes.

A precious water or wine vase is a sophisticated substitute for glass vases, where any floral arrangement will stand out.
13- Old Cutlery
Half a dozen old cutlery can be folded and pierced to serve as a handle in kitchen cabinets or drawers, or fixed to the wall to serve as a hanger or hook… that’s creative decorating!
14- Candies or Chocolates
Instead of keeping candies or chocolates in their packages, use a tin piece to expose them and place it in the living room, entryway or kitchen counter.
